Dustin White is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor in the College of Architecture at Texas Tech University.

Dustin White received his B.Sc. in Architecture from Texas Tech University in 2002 and his M. Arch. from Clemson University in 2009. While at Clemson he held multiple Teaching Assistantships in design studios, and a Wood Shop Assistantship. He assisted with research on the topic of Design Build Pedagogy for Professor Jori Erdman (Director LSU School of Architecture). During the sumer months participated on the student publication (South Vol.2) for the Clemson University School of Architecture. He also received the Henry Adams Medal for being the top ranking student in his class.  He also spent one semester studying at the Charleston Architecture Center in Charleston, South Carolina.

His final studio was a collaborative research studio called SEED, which seeks to provide an affordable housing solution through the means of surplus shipping containers for the Caribbean region. SEED has been featured on the World Changing Website, Arch Daily Website, Inhabitat Website, HATCHfest exhibition in Asheville, NC., and in the International Architecture Biennale Rotterdam (IABR).

He has remained involved with SEED now SEED_Haiti, since the devastating earthquake in Haiti. Working with Doug Hecker and Martha Skinner of Field Office, both are Professors at Clemson University School of Architecture.
